Lets Grow Together

Welcome to The Incompetent Gardener, my aim was and is to try and grow our own food, from our own little piece of suburbia. Where it be building raised beds using reclaimed materials, to hydroponics. I'm on a huge learning curve and loving it. My other passion is cooking, and making my own recipes and manicuring flavors. I'd love your feedback, stories and comments as you join me on my Incompetent journey.

How to Make white wine Sangria

Its Finally getting warmer, spring is coming, there's warmth in the air, and for me I love nothing more than chilling out on the deck, slapping the mosquito's away, and trying to join up the bites. So join me in a drink and a toast to warmer weather. Its simple to make, and its fruity with a naughty side.

Grab yourself :
2 x 1.5l bottles of white wine moscato
1 x Cup of orange juice
1/2 x cup cranberry juice
1 x Orange
1 x Lemon
1 x Green apple
5 x Large strawberries
10 x Large blueberries
1 x Tbsp Hennessey Cognac per 1.5l of moscato
Handful of mint leaves
. Add the wine, orange juice, cranberry juice and cognac to a large serving jug or drinks dispenser. slice the strawberries, lemon, orange, blueberries, and dice the apple into small chunks. Mix together.
  Enjoy!
Its simple, its subtle and you know won't know it but it packs a punch with the cognac.
